The hotel is very accommodating to families, and the staff go above and beyond to assist. The rooms, while clean, may not be the most practical for those with mobility issues due to steps and tiled flooring. I had a comfortable stay at the hotel with friendly staff and a great location. However, the room layout was not very practical for our little one, and the busy dining area made it challenging to manage with children. The private beach and heated pools were delightful perks.
